<LOL>  this, of course, is a good thing..  The Democrats have been
defeated...  and as for a crash...   it's a long way from being
over...  now we'll see a much better package...
Early this morning, presidential candidate John McCain was bragging
about how he had brought Democrats and Republicans together to craft a
***bipartisan*** agreement to address the current financial crisis.
Guess the House GOPers hung him out to dry, huh?
The Dems want the economy in the worst possible shape it can be when
voters go to the polls in November.

You're not really strong on logic, are you?

If what you say is true, the House Democrats would not have voted for
the rescue legislation at all. And if the House GOPers want the
economy in better shape (which would favor them in the election), why
did they not put up the votes to pass the rescue legislation?

Moron, didn't you notice that most Dems actually voted *for* the
stupid thing? That it was Republicans that voted against it?

I'll actually have to reconsider my stance against the Republican
Party, since so many of `em voted in favor of "personal
responsibility" today...

Damn shame they're so infested with superstitious morons that their
social agenda is so fucked up.
