I'm very sorry that she did not live to see tomorrow.  If all the
polls are correct, her grandson might very well be the next president
of the United States. And I'm sorry for Senator Obama that she didn't
live to see that day.
I on the otherhand, am grateful that I have lived to see the day in
which a black man could run for president. And possibly be elected.
It's just too bad he had to be a democrat.  But we'll leave that fight
for another day.  Like Wednesday maybe.
You surprised me.  Well said.
I like to think she died knowing her Grandson was going to be the next
president.

Poor Knickers. How do you live with that endless snese of unfulfilled
grievance and vindictiveness?

Opening up the health insurance market to more vigorous nationwide competition,
as we have done over the last decade in banking, would provide more choices of
innovative products less burdened by the worst excesses of state-based regulation.

The news of Grandma Dunham’s passing has softened my mood
considerably. At this moment, I just don't see the point of endless
argy-bargy - there are more powerful ways of dealing with our
reactions to death, such as music:

Now, doesn't politics seem so much more inconsequential now? The next
28 hours for me will consist of equal parts of bearing witness to
history being made, feeling relief that reality will finally be
vindicated in this country, and drinking toasts to Grandma Dunham and
the cloud of saints I have known, who have longed for such a day but
didn’t live to see it with their own eyes. Prodigious amounts of
alcohol will be involved, as should be the case at any respectable
wake.

Sure I did, and I really could care less if Knickers lives or dies.
Given how much he works to be hated, I suspect he feels much the same
way about himself.

Of course, it's also totally irrelevent to the thread.

Stay on point, zepp... did you write the above or not?
Sure I did, and I really could care less if Knickers lives or dies.
Given how much he works to be hated, I suspect he feels much the same
way about himself.
It just goes to show whomever is watching what sorta petty and
miserable fellow you truly are, zepp.

Of course, it's also totally irrelevent to the thread.
Well, of course you would feel that way, zepp... you look like a
heartless bastard... which you probably are.

Poor Billy.  You must be mourning the death of fascism today.
Maybe Knickers will send you a picture of himself in a Brownshirt

I need to update that. She's been my wife of 28 years now. Liberals

Opening up the health insurance market to more vigorous nationwide competition,
as we have done over the last decade in banking, would provide more choices of
innovative products less burdened by the worst excesses of state-based regulation.

way about himself.
Of course, it's also totally irrelevent to the thread.
You say it's "irrelevant" simply because it shows your
purile, ideological attitude toward death and suffering.

If you don't want your self-righteous hatemongering thrown back to you
at times you might consider "uncomfortable" then don't say them in
the
first place.

Don't blame me. You said all of the above and there's no "grievance"
here because *none* of it was said to me. Simply you are a bitter,
hypocritical little man and it grieves you mightily to have it
demonstrated in a public forum.

And you hate me and others all the more because we simply use your own
words to do it.

Get over it.

I said I don't care if you live or die. I don't. I consider you an
utter waste of human skin, good only for the carbon you sequester.
<shrug> All I did was reprint your *own* words on the deaths of
others. If you don't want to have your vile, arrogant and hateful words
thrown back at you - at times that are uncomfortable to you - don't
say them in the first place.

It's long past time for you to grow up and learn to accept the
consequences of your actions. Until you do so here on Usenet you can
count on me to remind you that you can't get away with the things you
imagine you can.

It's sort of cute how Zepp figures that the leftists are the only ones
